This is a unique event dedicated to spray tan artists who strive to grow, improve, and stay at the forefront of their field. It brings together professionals not only from different cities across Lithuania, but also international guests, creating an inspiring and global community.
The conference is designed for those who want to deepen their knowledge, discover the latest trends, gain new ideas and motivation, and share their experience with like-minded professionals. It is a space where new perspectives are born, professional connections are strengthened, and new opportunities emerge.
During the event, participants will have the opportunity to meet distributors of various brands, try out products, take advantage of exclusive offers, and receive professional consultations in person.
This year, the “Tan Code” conference will feature speakers from Lithuania, Italy, England, and the United States. The program will include 5–6 presentations covering a range of relevant topics, from practical skills to business insights. This year, the event is expanding! Those interested will have the opportunity not only to attend the conference and participate in the championship, but also to purchase an additional ticket for second-day training sessions with one of the speakers.

Hi, I’m Gabija, and “Tan Code” was born from a very simple, yet powerful idea - to bring spray tan artists together in one place. I wanted to create more than just an event. I wanted to build a space where women who are not afraid to step outside their comfort zone could come together – women who are eager to grow, learn, improve, and confidently explore the world of spray tanning alongside like-minded professionals.
Creating a community was especially important to me - one where every artist feels seen, understood, and inspired. The first event came with excitement, doubts, and even a bit of fear. It was a completely new concept in Lithuania, which raised many questions- would this idea be understood? Would it be needed? Would anyone want to be part of it?
But reality exceeded all expectations. The incredible women who gathered in one place created a truly special atmosphere - full of support, openness, and genuine connection. Seeing them connect, share their experiences and insights, openly talk about challenges, and celebrate achievements together was priceless. I truly believe it touched not only me, but every single participant.
After receiving so much positive feedback and questions about the next event, the decision became clear - “Tan Code” had to continue. And so, the second chapter was born - stronger and even more inspiring.

this year, Izabela will be sharing her expertise on precisely this topic at the conference. During her presentation, she will reveal the science behind spray tanning, advanced techniques, and professional insights that are rarely discussed, yet are essential for achieving flawless results.
Many of you already know Izabela – she was one of last year’s conference speakers. After receiving an overwhelming amount of positive feedback and seeing the huge interest in her presentation, we decided to invite her back again this year.
Izabela Jachowska is an award-winning spray tanning specialist and educator, the founder of @spray_tan_leicester and @thetanningacademyuk, and the co-founder of the GLOW FEST community for spray tanning professionals.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing, Izabela strongly believes that technical skills alone are not enough to build a successful career. That is why marketing is an important part of every training programme she delivers, helping professionals not only develop their technical expertise but also build profitable and sustainable businesses.
In 2026, Izabela introduced an innovative Hydrating Pre-Tan Mist, designed to enhance the client experience, help spray tanning professionals achieve even better treatment results, and strengthen their position as premium service providers in the market.

Simona Sutkuvienė
“The Science of Spray Tanning: From Molecule to Perfect Result.”
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Simona Sutkuvienė is a Doctor of Chemistry, associate professor, researcher, and cosmetics formulation specialist. Her professional work combines academic knowledge in chemistry and biochemistry with many years of hands-on experience in cosmetics development within the industry.
Simona has worked in cosmetics formulation and manufacturing both in Lithuania and abroad, and she continues this work successfully in the private sector today. She also delivers lectures to beauty professionals as well as wider audiences.
Thanks to her extensive experience, Simona is able to approach beauty treatments from both a scientific and practical perspective — clearly explaining what actually happens within a product’s formulation and how it interacts with the skin. When discussing ingredients and substances used in the beauty industry, she goes beyond marketing claims, relying instead on science and practical experience. This makes her insights highly valuable to every beauty professional in their everyday work.
